Open a Support Ticket

Need help with your account, endpoint configuration, billing, or something else? Opening a support ticket is the fastest way to get technical assistance from the Spectrum team.

Step 1: Log in to Your Dashboard

  1. Visit: dashboard.spectrumnodes.com
  2. Enter your user credentials if logged out.

Step 2: Go to Tickets

  1. Click Tickets in the left sidebar.
  2. Select the Create Ticket button to commence your ticket.

Step 3: Enter Ticket Details

  1. Enter a clear subject line, providing a short summary of your issue.
  2. Write a detailed description of the issue or request
    • Indicate the category of your ticket, and include relevant details based on your selection:
      • Order Dedicated Node or Endpoint
      • Decommission Node
      • Tech Support Nodes or Endpoint
      • Billing
      • Other

  1. Click Open Ticket to submit your ticket request.
